Sandy Loder

Peak Dynamics was founded by Sandy Loder, a former British Army Officer and international oarsman. He has been running human performance development programmes for teams and individuals for over 25 years since his military days where he redesigned and ran the iconic selection and development programme – Brigade Squad.

He has been taking groups to the Arctic for over a decade as part of their learning and development.

With his long experience in the business arena and having attended Harvard Business School, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in performance, mentoring and coaching. He is a leading world expert on working with and helping the next generation of families with their succession planning and development.

Harvey Hillary

Harvey became National Racing Coach for the Royal Yachting Association in 2005, developing an exceptional record for fast-tracking talent and delivering systemic success. Nominated to UK Sports flagship Elite Coach programme in 2006, Harvey has been a pioneer of ‘applied’ work in training decision making, developing resilience under competition stress and maximising the performance of first time Olympians.

In 2012, Harvey took on the role of Head of High Performance & Innovation, charged with maximising competitive advantage for the British Sailing Team and leading the team’s in-house technical department. Most recently, Harvey has been focused on developing ‘What It Takes To Win’ and ‘What It Takes To Transition’ models and realising a performance impact from Data Analytics. British Sailing won two gold medals at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
